Shipping Policy

Where do you ship from?

We currently only ship within the continental United States.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Typically, we process orders within 1-2 business days.

Please note that our order cutoff time is 17:00 (MST) from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 17:00 (MST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

In the event that an item fails to ship more than 10 business days after your order, barring any special circumstances such as pre-sale items, we encourage you to get in touch with us. Please send an email to support@coasterchic.com, and we will facilitate a refund or reshipment for you, along with a $5 coupon as a token of our apology for the inconvenience.

Product Shipping Time

Packages shipping generally take 2-5 business days.

Note: Shipping time is calculated from the moment the goods are shipped.

If you have not received your product for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please contact us by sending an email to support@coasterchic.com and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

The postage rates are as follows:

DHL Express: Free shipping for orders over $59.99(inclusive). Postage is $4.99 for less than $59.99.

What payment methods do I have?

We pay with Square and accept the following cards: STRIPE,JCB, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Are there any taxes or duties?

CoasterChic will bear all the taxes and charges incurred by your purchase.

Lost or damaged goods

We are not responsible for the loss of products during transportation, but we can help you contact the logistics company. You can contact us first and tell us the problems you encounter, and we will arrange for someone to assist you with your inquiries.

Please check if the receipt information is correct before payment. Once the product is shipped, the receipt information cannot be changed.
