Return Policy

We offer a 30-day unconditional return policy on the condition that the returned goods will not affect the second sale, you have to pay for the return and the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. When the company receives the returned product, it carefully checks whether the returned product is damaged, and if the product is damaged, it will not be refunded.

Terms of Return or Refund:

Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Please email in support@coasterchic.com.com to request a return or refund;

Returned merchandise must be in good condition. Returns will not be accepted if the returned merchandise interferes with secondary sales.

Returned stamped merchandise must be in its original packaging;

When requesting a return, please provide the order number and a photo of the stamped item purchased;

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: If you find any damage when you receive the item, please send us the unboxing video, product pictures, proof of purchase (order screenshot, order number, product receipt, etc.) and reply with a refund request or resend the complete product.

Can I cancel my order?

Within 30 minutes after you place an order for the goods. You can cancel your order, if the order is more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to cancel the order of the goods.

After you cancel your order, we will process your request to cancel the order within 12 working hours and the refund of the order will be returned to your payment account.

When will the refund arrive?

If you have returned a product, we will refund you after checking and confirming that it is correct, the refund is usually 1-2 business days back to your payment account, depending on the payment method you used when placing the order. If the refund is not received after the deadline, please send an email to support@coasterchic.com.

Please return the product with the original package. It’s important to note that any shipping fees associated with the return will need to be covered by the customer.
